Raymond James Investment Services Limited (RJIS) is the European investment management arm of Raymond James Financial, Inc., which controls assets of more than £95 billion for more than a million clients worldwide.

The fastest growing investment manager in the UK*, RJIS has two core businesses. The first, the Independent Contracting Division, comprises 54 investment advisers providing a comprehensive range of wealth management services to clients who are predominantly resident throughout the UK and Europe. The second, the Financial Intermediaries' Division, provides comprehensive stockbroking and investment services to professional intermediaries, including accountants, lawyers and other financial services groups.

The services offered by RJIS include securities dealing in over 30 stock exchanges and fund trading in UK, offshore and US funds, together with clearing, settlement and custody in both the UK and the US. Clients have access to leading institutional investment solutions; this capability is supported by state of the art risk management and research tools, and a wide range of sophisticated tax-efficient wrappers.

RJIS commenced operation during the second quarter of 2001 and has over 4900 client accounts serviced from 36 locations across the UK, controlling assets of almost £750 million as at the end of February 2006.
